1. Agreement to Terms

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WHMCS Client Area login credentials, cPanel credentials, and all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All services provided by DhanGenie Technologies may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any Indian, State, or international law is strictly prohibited. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) or automated bulk mailing scripts
• Copyrighted material, pirated software, or unlicensed media
• Phishing websites, Trojan horses, botnet nodes, or malware distribution
• Port scanning, brute-forcing, or denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) execution

4. Domain Registration Terms & NIXI Regulations

For all domain registrations, all registrations are subject to applicable registry policies (including NIXI for .IN domains and ICANN for gTLDs). Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registered with the respective central registry.

5. 99.9% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee that our web hosting network and server hardware will be available 99.9% of the time during any given calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all our shared, WordPress, and reseller web hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel within 30 days of registration for a full refund of your hosting fees. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event will DhanGenie Technologies or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. These Terms and your use of the website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in Cuttack, Odisha, India.
