Your data is strictly utilized to provision web hosting services, complete domain registrations with central registries (such as NIXI / ICANN registry authorities), process invoice payments, and communicate critical service notifications or support ticket responses. We do not sell or rent customer data to third-party marketing companies.

All financial transactions are conducted through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (such as UPI, Razorpay, or PayPal) via encrypted 256-bit SSL connections. DhanGenie Technologies does not store raw credit card or debit card numbers on its servers.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

- Eligible Services: Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting plans canceled within 30 days of initial order date are eligible for a 100% full refund of the hosting service fee.
- Domain Registrations & Transfers: Domain registration fees (.IN, .COM, etc.) paid to central registries (NIXI / ICANN) are non-refundable once registered. You retain full ownership and transfer rights of your domain.
- Dedicated Servers & Cloud VPS: Due to allocated hardware and IP subnet provisioning costs, dedicated servers and VPS instances are non-refundable after setup.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund within the 30-day period, simply submit a cancellation request or open a support ticket from your Client Area. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
